RULE 3.451. JUDICIAL COMMENT ON VERDICT
- At the end of a trial, it is appropriate for the judge to thank the jurors for their service.
- The judge is strictly forbidden from either praising or criticizing the jury's verdict.
- This rule ensures judicial impartiality and reinforces that the verdict is the jury's independent decision, free from judicial influence or approval.
