This is an official court form that combines a settlement agreement (a "stipulation") with a court order. The parties fill out the top portion, agreeing on the total amount owed and an installment payment plan. Once signed by both parties and the judge, the agreement becomes a binding court order. The form includes a critical clause stating that if the defendant defaults on the payment plan, the plaintiff can get a final judgment for the remaining balance without a further hearing.
