This is a two-part form used by a person who has won a judgment (a "judgment creditor") but has not been paid. The top part is a motion asking the judge to force the losing party (the "judgment debtor") to appear in court for a "hearing in aid of execution." The bottom part is the actual order that the judge signs. At this hearing, the debtor must answer questions under oath about their finances and assets to help the creditor collect on the judgment. The order also compels the debtor to fill out and bring a detailed financial questionnaire (Form 7.343) to the hearing.
