This is the official court form for a "Writ of Execution." After a judgment is won, the winning party obtains this document from the clerk of court. It is a direct command to the Sheriff to "levy on" (seize) the property of the losing party (the judgment debtor) in order to satisfy the amount of money owed under the judgment.
